Great examination of the different training variables!
I found it interesting that you suggested limiting the eccentric portion of lifts and the time under tension (slow tempo work) to allow for more training frequency, because if someone wants to train more frequently, couldn't they reduce their total training volume by incorporating more eccentrics and tempo work to then spend less time in the gym each session? Essentially getting more with less? Since eccentrics and slow tempo work can cause more muscle damage, wouldn't a person theoretically need less weight and fewer reps to get similar results? That being said, wouldn't the application of these variables allow for better CNS and joint recovery?
